Repealing Clause.- Republic Act No. 9372, otherwise known as the "Human Security Act of 2007", is hereby repealed. All laws, decrees, executive orders, rules or regulations or parts thereof, inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
