Report to Congress. -Within one (1) week from the effectivity of this Act, the DOH shall present a report to Congress detailing an improved COVID-19 surveillance and control plan, which shall include improvements to data monitoring and communication, instilling of proper COVID related conduct in the public, and controlling the spread of the virus particularly in areas with high disease transmission, among others.
