There bed capacity of the Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC) shall be increased from five hundred (500) to one thousand (1,000) beds. Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital development plan which shall be prepared and submitted by the Medical Center Chief of the CVMC to the Department of Health (DOH) to reflect the development goals of the hospital.
