Special Education Fund Authorization. -Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 235 and 272 of the Local Government Code of 1991, the Local School Board shall be authorized to set aside a portion of the proceeds of the Special Education Fund for the delivery of ALS programs within the LGUs' respective areas of jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, the hiring of additional Community ALS Implementors within the LGUs area of jurisdiction.
