Prohibition from Collection of Fees.- All DepEd ALS programs are free of charge and collection of all kinds of fees, costs or charges shall not be allowed. ALS Teachers, Community ALS Implementors, and officers of DepEd administered CLCs found to have violated this provision shall be held administratively liable.
