Appropriations. -The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charges against those authorized in the current appropriations of the DepEd. Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued implementation of this Act, including the construction or provision of the ALS CLCs and the payment of transportation and teaching aid allowance for ALS Teachers and Community ALS Implementors, shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
