Transitory Provision. -All existing ALS programs, including ALS centers or facilities, established pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 9155 or the "Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001" shall continue to operate pursuant to, and be regulated by, the provisions of this Act and its IRR.
