Section 17 of Republic Act No. 10068 is hereby amended and renumbered, to read as follows:
"Section 18.Labeling of Organic Produce.- The label of organic produce shall contain the name, logo or seal of the OCB and the accreditation number issued by the BAFS. The organic label/mark shall also included the trade name, as defined by pertinent domestic property rights laws, and the address of origin of the produce.
Products which are certified and guaranteed by third-party organic certification system and the PGS shall be allowed to be labelled and sold as organic."
