Section 27 of Republic Act No. 10068 is hereby amended and renumbered as Section 28, to read as follows:
"SEC. 28.Implementing Rules and Regulations.- The NOAB shall adopt rules and regulations to implement provisions of this Act within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act and submit the same to the COCAFM. In the drafting of the implementing rules and regulations, the Department of Finance (DOF) shall be consulted in connection with the tax incentive provided under Section 25 hereof."
