Term of Franchise.- This franchise shall be in effect for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the expiration date of the term granted under Republic Act No. 8960, unless sooner cancelled or revoked. This franchise shall be deemedipso factorevoked in the event the grantee fails to operate continuously for two (2) years.
