Use of Registration Fees. -To carry out the purposes of this Act, the Commission shall retain and use all fees paid to it relative to the establishment of a FISTC in addition to its annual budget and to what is provided for under Section 75, on partial use of income of Republic Act No. 8799 or the "Securities Regulation Code".
