Repealing Clause. -Republic Act No. 9182, as amended by Republic Act No. 9343, otherwise known a "The Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Act of 2002", is hereby repealed. All laws, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this Act, are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
