Business Development and/or Expansion Plan. - Except where prevented by force majeure, the grantee shall be obliged to carry out its business development and/or expansion plan which shall contain, among others, the phases of business development or expansion, courses of action to achieve the objectives of the franchise, capitalization, and expected milestones within the franchise term.
