Plebiscite. - The City of Calaca shall acquire corporate existence upon ratification of its creation by majority of the votes cast by qualified voters in a plebiscite to be conducted in the present Municipality of Calaca within ninety (90) days from the approval of this Act, and the Commission on Elections shall conduct and supervise such plebisciite and the expenses for such plebiscite shall be borne by the Municipality of Calaca.
