Applicability of Laws. -The provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991, as amended, theOrganic Law for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao,and other laws are applicable to provinces shall govern the herein created province insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
