The Municipal Government of Rizal, Palawan shall provide the necessary funds for the maintenance and other operating expenses of the lying-in clinic in the Municipality of Rizal. It shall also appropriate funds for human resource complement to support the increase in bed capacity and the corrsponding upgrading of its service facilities and professional health care services. The amount of Eight million pesos (P8,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the implementation of this Act which shall be included and funded under the 2022 General Appropriations Act under the Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP) of the Department of Health.
