The Chief of the Hospital of the BCGH shall submit to the Department of Health (DOH) a development plan to reflect the development goals of the hospital.Ꮮαwρhi৷ The medical personnel, capital outlays and budgetary needs for the operation of the BCGH shall be based on the hospital development plan.
