The authorized bed capacity of the Gov. Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital and Schistosomiasis Center shall be increased from twenty-five (25) to one hundred (100) beds. Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with its hospital development plan, which shall be prepared and submitted by the Department of Health (DOH).
