Oversight and Review. Within three (3) months from the effectivity of this Act and every three (3) months thereafter, the Bureau of Internal Revenue shall submit report to Congress, containing all pertinent information, including but not limited to, reports by the third-party auditors and collection performance data of all offshore gaming licensees, for review of the same for possible adjustment of rates and any other matter pertinent to the taxation of Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
