Ownership of LPG Cartridges. The trademark owner whose durable shall be permanently installed inside the motor vehicle and shall be an inherent and integral part of the vehicle. The ownership of the auto-LPG container shall be with the owner of the motor vehicle to which the auto-LPG container shall ensure its compliance with the quality and safety standards, rules, and regulations pursuant to the provisions of this Act and existing laws.
