Impoundment and Disposition of Impounded Evidence. Without prejudice to Section 35 of this Act, the DOE shall, with the assistance of law enforcement agencies pursuant to Section 13 of this Act, be authorized to impound prohibited LPG, LPG pressure vessels, ancillary equipment, and motor vehicles used in the transportation of LPG and LPG-filled pressure vessels as evidence of the violation under this Act. The final disposal of the impounded items shall be subject to the final resolution of the DOE or the court having jurisdiction over the prohibited act.
