Utilization of LGU Share. The LGU shall utilize its share from the fines and penalties collected pursuant to Section 47 of this Act exclusively for the purpose of transporting, hauling, storing, decanting, and disposing confiscated LPG, LPG pressure vessels, and ancillary equipment.
