Lead Agency. The DOE shall be the primary government agency responsible for the implementation and enforcement of this Act. The DOE shall regulate, supervise, and monitor the LPG industry and all LPG industry participants to ensure compliance with the health, safety, security, and environmental standards, the applicable PNS, and other accepted codes and standards as adopted by the DTI as PNS.
