Transition Period. Unless otherwise provided in this Act, the DOE shall, upon prior consultation with the LPG industry participants and other government agencies and taking into account data obtained from PLG industry participants and other sources, determine the appropriate transition period for compliance by all LPG industry participants with the objectives of this Act: Provided, That such transition period shall not be beyond six (6) months from the effectivity of this Acts implementing rules and regulations.
