Penalties for Violation of the Provisions of this Act. - Any director, officer, employee, or agent of the Veterans Bank who violates or permits the violation of any of the provisions of this Act, or any person aiding or abetting the violation of any provision of this Act, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding One hundred thousand pesos (P100,000.00) or imprisonment of not more than five (5) years, or both, at the discretion of the court.
