Term of the Franchise. This franchise shall be for a term of twenty-five (25) years from the effectivity of this Act, unless sooner cancelled or revoked by the Congress when the public interest so requires or when the grantee fails to reasonably comply with regulatory standards. This franchise shall be deemed ipso facto revoked in the event the grantee fails to operate continuously for two (2) years, in case of default, as provided for in the grantees Concession Agreement.
