Method of Collection and Payment. The SSS shall require a complete and proper collection and payment of contributions and proper identification of the employer and the employee. Payment may be made in cash, checks, stamp, coupons, tickets, or other reasonable devices that the Commission may adopt. (As amended by Sec. 15, P.D. No. 735, S-1975)
