Declaration of Availability for Adoption. Upon finding merit in the petition, the Executive Director shall issue a CDCLAA within seven (7) working days from receipt of the recommendation, unless further investigation or additional information or documents are needed to determine the merits of the petition. A copy of the CDCLAA shall be transmitted to the petitioner and all interested parties known to the Executive Director.
