Where to File the Petition. The petition together with complete and original supporting documents shall be filed by the petitioners with the RACCO of the city or municipality where the PAPs reside.
Upon receipt by the RACCO of the petition and its supporting documents, a copy of the petition shall be punished once a week for three (3) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation.
