Objection to the Petition. Any person who has personal knowledge of any information, which by ordinary diligence could not be discovered, and which when introduced and admitted, would result in the denial of the petition and protect the child from possible harm or abuse may, at any time during the STC or before the issuance of the Order of Adoption, interpose an objection to the petition and file a complaint supported by evidence to that effect, with the NACC, through the RACCO where the petition was filed. The complaint will be subjected to verification and further investigation.
