Judicial Recourse. Orders of Adoption may be appealed before the Court of Appeals within ten (10) days from receipt of the Order by the interested party, or from the denial of the motion for reconsideration; otherwise, the same shall be final and executory. Rule 43 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended, shall have suppletory application.
