Database. The NACC shall keep a database showing the date of issuance of the Order in each case, compliance by the Local Civil Registrar with the preceding section and all incidents arising after the issuance of the Order of Adoption. This database shall be governed by the provision on the succeeding section, as well as the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
