Appropriations. - For purposes of implementing this Act, the amount of Fifty million pesos (P50,000,000.00) from the Contingent Fund of the General Appropriations Act for the current fiscal year is hereby appropriated and shall be released to the IIPCC. Thereafter, the amounts necessary to carry out this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act (GAA).
