Sports, Recreation and Artistic Opportunities. -The DepEd shall establish opportunities for the safe, wholesome, interactive individual as well as group sports, recreation, artistic, and social activities of learners with disabilities, optimal use of leisure hours and advancement of physical, mental, social and cultural development.
