Sale, Lease, Transfer, Grant of Usufruct, or Assignment of Franchise. The Grantee shall not sell, lease, transfer, grant the usufruct of, nor assign this franchise or the rights and privileges acquired thereunder to any person, firm, company or other commercial or legal entity.
