Incumbent Representative and Other Elective and Appointive Officials. The incumbent Representative of the Lone Legislative District of the City of Baguio and other elective and appointive officials of the City shall continue to exercise their powers and functions until the expiration of their terms of office, pursuant to the Constitution and existing laws.
