Repealing Clause. The provisions of the Charter of the City of Baguio as contained in Act No. 2711,otherwise known as the "Revised Administrative Code of 1917,"as amended, and all other laws, decrees, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of thisActare hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
