City Vice Mayor. The City Vice Mayor shall be the presiding officer of the Sangguniang Panlungsod and shall exercise the duties and functions as provided under Section 456 of theLocal Government Code of 1991, as amended, and other laws and ordinances passed by the Sangguniang Panlungsod.
The City Vice Mayor shall receive a minimum monthly compensation corresponding to Salary Grade Twenty-eight (28) as prescribed under the "Compensation and Position Classification Act of 1989," as amended and the implementing guidelines issued pursuant thereto.
