Duty of the Extension Services Council. -The Extension Services Council so formed and constituted shall act as an advisory body to the President on matters of setting extension services direction, planning, fund sourcing and allocation, and in reviewing and recomending policies and guidelines pertaining to the Extension Services Programs of the BatStateU.
