Reportorial Requirements and Auditing of Accounts. -The BatStateU shall submit an annual report to Congress containing the financial statements, statement of assets and liabilities, statement of income from tuition fees and other revenue sources. All accounts and disbursements of the BatStateU shall be audited by the Commission on Audit.
