Sports, Culture, and the Arts. -The BatStateU shall undertake and support comprehensive sports programs that promote physical education, uphold excellence, and encourage competitive participation in sports activities; instill school identity and solidarity; and cultivate pride, self-discipline, and teamwork. The BatStateU shall strengthen culture and the arts as a strategic national resources, and promote its importance to our identity, social well-being, and preserve the cultural heritage of the country.
