Permits.- The time frame for the procedure of all permits and licenses issued pursuant to this Act shall be governed by Republic Act No. 11234, otherwise known as the "Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop Act:. Towards this end, the EVOSS Steering Committee shall include the Anti-Red Tape Authority among its members.
