The Don Jose S. Monfort Medical Center Extension Hospital in the Municipality of Barotac Nuevo, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a tertiary hospital to be known as the Don Jose S. Monfort Medical Center, which shall be under the direct control and supervision of the Department of Health (DOH).
