There are hereby established a campus of the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, hereinafter referred to as the University in the Municipality of Sto. Domingo, Province of Nueva Ecija, to be known as the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST)-Sto. Domingo Campus.
