The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.1aшphi1 The Municipality of Cabiao shall continue to fund the operation and maintenance of the PUP-Cabiao Campus until such time that the funds needed to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
