The amount necessary to carry out the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current years funding of the EVSU-Dulag Satellite Campus provided by the Municipality of Dulag, Province of Leyte.
The Municipality of Dulag shall provide the same assistance until such time that the amount necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the EVSU-Dulag Satellite Campus shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
