Conversion of the Bulacan Agricultural State College into a State University. The Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) in the Municipality of San Ildefonso, Province of Bulacan, including its duly integrated campuses, namely: BASC-Main in Barangay Pinaod, Municipality of San Ildefonso; BASC-Agriculture Campus in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of San Ildefonso; BASC-DRT (Dona Remedios Trinidad) Campus in Barangay Pulong Sampaloc, Municipality of DRT; BASC-BTVC (Balagtas Technical-Vocational College) Campus in Barangay Pulong Gubat, Municipality of Balagtas; and BASC-FNHAS (Fortunato National Halili Agricultural School) in Barangay Guyong, Municipality of Sta.
Maria, all located in the Province of Bulacan, is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Bulacan State Agricultural University, hereinafter referred to as the BSAU. The main campus of the BSAU shall be in Barangay Pinsod, Municipality of San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
