Implementing Rules and Regulations. - The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the Department of Finance, the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation, and other concerned government agencies shall promulgate the necessary implementing rules and regulations within sixty (60) days upon the effectivity of this Act.
