Repealing Clause. - Section 17 (c) of Republic Act No. 11439 on the non-applicability of Republic Act No. 3591, as amended, is hereby amended insofar as certain products or arrangements of Islamic banks which may be deemed as deposit by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas for purposes of this Act.
All other laws, decrees, resolutions, instructions, and rules and regulations, or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Act are hereby deemed repealed or modified accordingly.
