Appropriations. -The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Departments programs the operationalization of the Iloilo City Licensing Center, the initial funding of which shall be charged against the current years appropriation of the LTO Licensing Extension Office in Iloilo City. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continued implementation of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.1aшphi1
